For some reason, yesterday just didn't feel like Christmas... it felt too early for some reason. I keep thinking that it's not until next week.

The pity was that Christmas Eve also lacked its usual aura, and that night is the time I enjoy more than the holiday itself. There's an otherworldly feeling the night before Christmas. Like the line between reality and fantasy, the mundane and the magical, gets blurred.

In an odd way, it feels a lot like Halloween.

Anyhow, work is going well, if somewhat dull. I've been feeling somewhat dragged out lately, so I'm retreating to my usual variety of entry for this occasion.
