More Fanart

Happy (belated) New Year, everyone.

I've been working graveyards for the past month or so, and while it can be hellish when we're busy, I've found that the quiet times early in the morning offer a nice opportunity to do some drawing. And since I've rediscovered how much I am fond of Sailor Moon (especially the Dark Kingdom), I've been doing a lot of doodles of them lately. Hence this...

Sadly, my quest to find new fanwork of the DK has not turned up much, and most of the recent stuff I've found is Shitennou/Senshi, of which I am not a fan. (Although Four King Hell does have me laughing my ass off most of the time and loving it, but it's the exception rather than the rule.) *sigh* Well... there does seem to be an active anime-based DK fandom in Russia, but since I don't read/speak Russian, I'm still screwed. I can still enjoy the fanart, obviously, but what I wouldn't give for a well-written KxZ 'fic that I haven't already read a thousand times...

In any case, I've been in this phase for the past several months where I just couldn't seem to do anything artistic. I'm really hoping that I'm starting to pull out of that slump, becuase it's been affecting me in a lot of negative ways. The quality of my drawings still isn't as high as I'd like it to be, but I'm hoping that it will improve as I get back into shape.
