Like an adict, I've been twitchy all morning while I wait for the seventh HP book to be delivered. The mail carrier doesn't usually get here until about 12:30, so I knew I'd have a bit of a wait.
In order to keep myself occupied, I've been aimlessly wandering the internet, avoiding sites where I might inadvertantly find spoilers. A minute ago, if occurred to me to check the delivery status on Amazon. After I logged on, I found the following message:
Items not yet shipped: Delivery estimate: July 28, 2007 - July 31, 2007 1 of: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Book 7) Sold by: Amazon.com, LLC
Whaa...? Not yet shipped? What do you mean it won't be arriving for another bloody week?
Goddamn it. There's no way I'm going to be able to avoid any and all spoilers for a week. I don't want to buy another copy of the book, and I've been so eagerly awaiting the release, that waiting will be pure torture. I just don't know what to do.
And I refuse on principle to download that blurry, illegal copy.
