Despite my jokes on the subject and past adoration of The X-Files, I'm really not they kind of person who will believe Govenment Cover-Up theories at the drop of a hat. I don't think that there's some big Right-Wing Conspiracy or that there is a conscious bias in the Media. (In the case of the latter, I think it's actually white-washed and dumbed down to the lowest common denominator, but not overtly biased towards either the left or right.)
And, as much as I may despise Dubya, I don't (didn't...?) believe that he would actually try to force someone to commit suicide just to shut them up.
Then something like this gets passed along to me, and I'm left wondering if this is just another wack-job, or if there really is something more going on.
This guy doesn't sound like a nut-case. He makes some very valid points and offers evidence to support his statements. He even points out a fact that always annoyed the hell out of me... that some of the people going after Clinton for the whole Monica Lewinsky thing were just as - if not more - guilty than he was. (Bob Barr anyone? That man had no right to act so holier-than-thou in that situation.)
(By the way, I'm not saying that I think what Clinton did was right, or even that I like the guy... although the gods know I'd take him back over Dubya any day. I'm just saying that hypocrites are one of my pet peeves.)
