So, has anyone else noticed the hubbub caused by fake journals with political themes lately? You know, the ones who add a lot of LJ users as friends when said users are of opposing viewpoints, then the users get really pissed off and start flaming the fake journal?
Er... anyway. One such user is gwbush_is_god who has been adding a lot of more liberal, anti-Bush type users.
I am proud to announce that I am now one of the 746 elite users who have made gwbush_is_god's friends list. (How and why, I do not know.) Aren't you proud of me? ^__^
Athough I'm surprised s/he bothered. I'm certainly not one of the more active/vocal users in LJ Land. Besides, I post more often about Japanese animation series aimed at 14 year old girls than anything else lately. (When was the last time I wrote a nice, long rant on Dubya, anyway? I may have to fix that in the near future.)
Very proud. And jealous. With the amount of anti-Bush and even anti-American posts I did lately, you'd hope I'd get a comment or two. *sob* Nobody reads me
One word comes to mind with respect to gwbush_is_god, calumniator. I never knew of this word until recently. I came across it in 'The Discourses' my Machiavelli. Yes him. However despite his general disrepute among some he did other works, more notably the Discourses which dealt with the Republican form of government.
And in it he does make good reference to calumniators. I also find it a wonderfully specific word and that does fit him to the T.
While he does advise some solution I say ignore the prick.
