Now this is something that all bloggers should read. There's some very good advice on this page. It isn't a guide for websites as a whole, just the ones that are constantly updating and changing. Keeping up a site like that can be a daunting task, (There's a reason why I'm so random with my posts.) so this site offers ten tips on what seperates the good blogs from the bad.

"Bad personal sites bore us by telling us about trivial events and casual encounters about which we have no reason to care. Don’t tell us what happened: tell us why it matters. Don’t tell us your opinion: tell us why the question is important."

Although I think that trivial information can be alright if it is put in a humerous light. Take little.yellow.different for example. A lot of his entries are inane fluff sprinkled with references to gay culture and asian parents. However, he tells these events in such a way that I keep coming back to read more.

It's a pity I don't have that ability. If I did, I might update this thing with a bit more regularity...

On that note, I wish I had something profound (or at least halfway interesting) to say. Alas, with the inevitable approach of a new semester, I'm worn out with my constant attempts to get things done. You think I would have learned by now that procrastinating doesn't do a damn thing for me.
