Guess what I got in the mail?

I am now, officially, a certified Registered Technologist in Radiography. I get to add letters after my name, like so: Melissa J. M-------- RT(R). Sure, it's not as cool as a PhD or MD, but still... I worked hard for those buggers; I'm going to enjoy using them.

Dear gods, passing that exam is such a relief and a load off of my mind! Many thanks to everyone who lent their support and well wishes. Your encouragement really did help.

And, yes, it's medical radiography. With this certification, I am lisenced to take x-rays in hospitals, doctors' offices, etcetera. But not Radiation Therapy or anything else. Don't worry about being confused; there are an insane amount of technicalities.
