THERE IS GOING TO BE A BRAND NEW SAILOR MOON ANIME!



It's going to start in the summer of 2013, and it looks like it's confirmed that Mitsuishi Kotono will be voicing Usagi again.

Even better, it's going to be broadcast world-wide simultaneously. I think via Nico Nico Douga, but I can't remember where I read that.

ETA: Naoko made the announcement on Nico Nico. So we don't know where it will be broadcast yet.



Of course, the downside of a brand new story means no Shitennou, but this is too awesome not to squee about.

And they had better get Megumi Ogata back as Haruka and Han Keiko as Luna! Now that I think about it, didn't Rei and Setsuna's voice actors retire? Hmmm. I know that Takato Yasuhiro (Artemis) and Hisakawa Aya (Ami) are still acting. (As is Onosaka Masaya [Jadeite] but I guess that doesn't matter since his character won't be appearing.)

Oh, well. NEW SAILOR MOON! NEW SAILOR MOON! NEW SAILOR MOON!

You and I may not have talked much, but I remember you! This is SandTigeress, one of the Dark Kingdom and Kunzite and Zoisite fans! HOPEFULLY that handle will look familiar!

After reading about the Sailor Moon anime being redone and broadcast next year, it got me nostalgic, and I've been rereading fanfiction and all! Although your point of saying there will be no Shitennou confuses me. I don't understand, how can there be no Shitennou?

Anyway, again, I hope that name SandTigeress rings a bell, but if not, I remember your name, and I remember you being one of the DK girls! :)
